Molyboha Ruslan Mykolayovych – is a Candidate of Political Sciences, an economist and lawyer, born in 1979. In 2002, he obtained a Master’s degree in Law from the «Kyiv University of Law», specializing in jurisprudence. In 2009, he graduated from the Institute for Advanced Training of Personnel at the «Academy of Municipal Management», specializing in «Finance». From 2002 to 2018, he worked in public service. Since April 2025, he has been the Executive Director of the public organization «Woman’s Tribune».
