Mukhina Olena Anatoliivna – is General Director of the «Kyiv Clinical Hospital for Railway Transport No. 3», holding a Master’s degree in Business Administration in Healthcare Management. She is a physician and a highly qualified obstetrician-gynecologist of the highest category.
In 2000, she graduated from the Zaporizhzhia State Medical University with a specialization in «Medicine», focusing on «Obstetrics and Gynecology».
In 2023, she obtained a Master’s degree from the Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman in «Management», with an educational program in «Business Administration in Healthcare». Since 2025, she has been a PhD candidate at the V. M. Koretsky Institute of State and Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. She continues her medical practice, holds an active civic position, and is a member of the public organization «Woman’s Tribune». She also teaches a course in sexology at the «Kyiv Institute of Modern Psychology». She is married and has a daughter and a son.
