Marchuk Maryna Volodymyrivna – was born on September 29, 1980. In 2002, she obtained a full higher education degree in Law and qualified as a lawyer. In December 2023, she entered postgraduate studies at the «V. M. Koretsky Institute of State and Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine», where she is conducting research on the topic of electoral qualifications for candidates for the position of People’s Deputy of Ukraine in pursuit of a Doctor of Philosophy degree.
From 2002 to 2020, she worked in the civil service within the judicial system of Ukraine. To this day, she holds the position of Chief Legal Advisor of the Legal Support Department of the «Legal Support Directorate» at the State Administration of Affairs.
Since 2024, she has been a member of «Woman’s Tribune» NGO.
