Kleshchenko Natalia Oleksandrivna — was born on August 24, 1990, in the village of Ostrovy, Ovruch District, Zhytomyr Oblast.

In 1996, she enrolled in the first grade of Slovechna Secondary School of Levels I–III, which she graduated from in 2007. In the same year, she entered the Faculty of Political Science and Law at the National Pedagogical Dragomanov University. In 2011, she obtained a Bachelor’s degree, and in 2012 she completed a Master's degree, earning the qualifications of «Master of Law, lecturer in Law» in the specialty Jurisprudence.

In 2012, she entered full-time postgraduate studies (PhD program) at the National Pedagogical Dragomanov University, which she completed in 2015.

In 2020, she defended her Candidate of Legal Sciences dissertation titled «Unification of Legislation: Theoretical and Applied Aspects» and obtained the degree of Candidate of Legal Sciences in the specialty «Theory and History of State and Law. History of Political and Legal Doctrines».

Since 2014, she has been working as a lecturer at the Political and Legal College «ALSKO». Since 2022, she has held the position of Research Fellow at the «V. M. Koretsky Institute of State and Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine».
