Chernyakhivska Viktoria Valeriyivna – was born on June 13, 1985, in Kyiv city.

From 1993 to 2002, she studied at Secondary School No. 243 in Kyiv. From 2002 to 2006, she studied at the State Academy of Housing and Communal Services, where she obtained a Bachelor’s degree in «Enterprise Economics». From 2006 to 2011, she studied at the Faculty of Philosophy of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv in the field of «Political Science» and obtained a Bachelor’s degree.

From 2011 to 2013, she studied at the Faculty of Philosophy of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv in the field of «Political Science» and obtained a Master’s degree with honors.

From 2013 to 2016, she completed her postgraduate studies (without leaving employment) at the Faculty of Philosophy of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Department of Public Administration. In 2017, she defended her dissertation on «Gender Policy in the Public Administration System: Ukraine and European Experience» and obtained the degree of Candidate of Sciences in Public Administration. Since 2019, she has been a Laureate of the President’s Prize for Young Scientists in the fields of social and humanities sciences.

Since 2022, she has been a volunteer for the «Iceberg» Charitable Foundation. Since 2024, she has been a member and Academic Secretary of the «Woman’s Tribune» NGO. In 2019, she completed an international academic internship at the «University of Zielona Góra» in Zielona Góra, Republic of Poland.

In 2024, she received a professional development certificate in «Positive Psychotherapy» from the Institute of Postgraduate Education of «Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University» in Kyiv.

She has more than 40 scientific publications, including 2 co-authored monographs and 4 articles indexed in international scientometric databases such as Scopus and Web of Science. Since 2006 to the present (part-time since April 1, 2025), she has been working at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Faculty of Philosophy, as a leading specialist in the academic and organizational group responsible for the educational process at the Faculty of Philosophy. In addition, since May 1, 2018, she has been working part-time as an Associate Professor at the Department of Public Administration of the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management.

Since April 1, 2025, she has been the Head of the Department of Public Management and Administration at the University of Future Transformation. Victoria Valeriyivna’s areas of interest include gender policy, human rights, gender equality, the status of women in society, civil society, public administration, public governance, and political leadership, as well as volunteer activities, social and moral support, positive psychology, and related fields.
