
Bondarchuk-Ladna Olena Vasylivna – is a lawyer, public figure, and Chair of the Supervisory Board of the All-Ukrainian Center for Motherhood and Childhood of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine. She is a co-founder of the international charitable foundation «Justice», which implements humanitarian, medical, and social programs for women, children, military families, and vulnerable population groups. She has more than 15 years of volunteer and civic experience, has worked in the civil service and holds an assigned state rank. She leads projects focused on the restoration of medical institutions, attraction of donor funding, and the development of gender equality and inclusion. She is a postgraduate student at the V. M. Koretsky Institute of State and Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, where she studies the role of human rights organizations in the development of civil society. She combines long-standing managerial experience and public service with social leadership aimed at expanding the role of women in Ukraine’s civic life. At the Military Institute of Telecommunications and Information Technologies, she is responsible for the gender policy direction and the implementation of equal opportunities within the military education system.
