Representatives of the NGO «Woman’s Tribune» participated in the VII International Scientific and Practical Conference «Implementation of Gender Policy at the Current Stage of the Development of the Security and Defense Sector: Status, Challenges, and Prospects», organized by the Bohdan Khmelnytskyi National Academy of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine in cooperation with its partners. Members Nataliia Onishchenko, Viktoriia Cherniakhivska, Yana Diakova, Sofiia Ferents, and Olena Makeieva participated both in person and online, presenting research papers and practical initiatives focused on gender equality, the role of women in the security sector, and the protection of women’s rights in the face of today’s challenges. For the NGO «Woman’s Tribune», it is of great importance to be part of the professional dialogue that shapes new approaches to ensuring equal opportunities, supporting women leaders, and advancing gender-responsive policies in Ukraine.
