The team of the NGO «Woman’s Tribune», led by its President, Natalia Mykolaivna Onishchenko, participated in the important expert conference «Women as an Intellectual Resource for Ukraine’s Strategic Development». At a time of profound transformation for our country, the role of women extends far beyond traditional perceptions of social or gender issues. It represents a powerful intellectual resource — the ability to influence strategic processes, shape ideas, and contribute to decision-making that will determine Ukraine’s future. The conference provided a platform for professional dialogue, bringing together women from a wide range of fields, including academia, law, public administration, civil society, healthcare, and culture. It is in such an environment that ideas with the potential to transform the country and shape its long-term development strategy emerge. It is particularly inspiring to see that Ukrainian women today are not merely responding to the challenges of war and global transformation, but are actively shaping a new vision of society through leadership, responsibility, and a clear understanding of the nation’s strategic priorities.
