Particular attention must be given to safeguarding women\u2019s rights amid russia\u2019s ongoing military aggression against Ukraine. This issue is currently being actively addressed through the joint efforts of the V. M. Koretsky Institute of State and Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, the NGO \u00abWomen\u2019s Tribune\u00bb, and, in particular, Ms. Nataliia Onishchenko, Academician of the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-open-sans-font-family wp-block-paragraph\">As part of efforts to develop a shared vision with European partners on protecting women\u2019s fundamental rights during wartime, Ms. Onishchenko participated in the international forum \u00abInternational Women\u2019s Leadership Forum &amp; Awards: Power. Voice. Legacy\u00bb, held in the Kyiv\u2013Brussels format. The event resulted in a number of practical proposals aimed at improving approaches to women\u2019s rights protection mechanisms at the national, European (regional), and international levels, while also advancing the concept of peacebuilding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-open-sans-font-family wp-block-paragraph\">Following the forum, a set of expert recommendations was submitted to Members of the Parliament of Ukraine and international partners for further consideration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div
