The 10th Anniversary International Women’s Economic Forum «The Woman Who Shapes the World: From the State to Global Influence» was held in Khmelnytskyi. The Forum was organized by «Business Woman» Magazine, with the Khmelnytskyi Regional Council and the NGO «MOZHU» serving as co-organizers, under the support of the Office of the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights and the international community «Business Woman Club». The event brought together women leaders from 16 countries, women serving in the Armed Forces, representatives of the business community, government authorities, international organizations, the diplomatic corps, and civil society. At the invitation of Violeta Labaziuk, Chair of the Khmelnytskyi Regional Council, members of the NGO «Woman’s Tribune», Sofiia Ferents and Yuliia Babii, joined the Forum and participated in discussions on the evolving role of women in society, the economy, and state-building. The panel discussions focused on women’s leadership in shaping public policy and strategic decision-making, international cooperation, diplomacy, business development, investment promotion, community recovery, and the implementation of social initiatives. The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Serbia to Ukraine, Andon Sapundzhi, remarked: «Behind every strong man stands a strong woman, and behind every strong woman stands herself». These words perfectly reflected the spirit of the Forum, where today’s women demonstrated strength, unity, responsibility, and determination. By working together toward shared goals, supporting one another, creating new opportunities, and leading by example, women continue to shape the future of their communities, their country, and the world. We extend our sincere appreciation to the Forum organizers for hosting an exceptional event and for creating a dynamic platform for dialogue, the exchange of experience, and the strengthening of international cooperation.
